This Privacy Policy describes how Vosketelik ("we", "us", "our", or "Vosketelik") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our website and our personalized fairy-tale and book services.

We place particular importance on the privacy and security of data relating to children and aim to collect only the information necessary to provide our services.

Vosketelik's services are primarily intended for adults, including parents, legal guardians, or other individuals who are authorized to place an order on behalf of a child and provide information relating to that child.

By using our services and providing information or photographs relating to a child, you confirm that you are authorized to provide such information and to permit its processing for the purpose of creating the relevant personalized product.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the services you use, we may collect the following information:

first and last name,
email address and telephone number,
messages related to orders and customer support,
delivery address and other information necessary to fulfill an order,
the child's name, age, or other information you provide for personalizing the story,
photographs provided by you or relating to the child,
information provided for a fairy tale or other personalized content,
order history,
limited information regarding payment status and transactions,
technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, date, and time.

If payments are processed through an external payment service provider, we generally do not store your complete bank card details. Such information is processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its own privacy and security terms.

3. How We Use the Information

We may use personal data to:

create a personalized fairy tale, book, or other product,
create an illustrated character or other creative material based on a child's photograph,
process, print, and deliver an order,
send you messages regarding order status and our services,
provide customer support,
detect and prevent technical issues, fraud, or misuse of the service,
understand and improve the performance of our website and services,
comply with accounting, tax, or other legal obligations,
send news, special offers, or other marketing communications where you have separately consented to receive them.

We do not sell the personal data of children or our customers.

Vosketelik is not intended to be used independently by children.

Personal data relating to a child, including the child's name, age, photograph, or other information provided for a story, is provided to us by an adult who orders the personalized product.

We do not use children's data to:

provide targeted advertising to children,
create behavioral profiles of children,
sell children's data,
send marketing communications directly to children.

If you believe that a child's data has been provided to us without appropriate authority or consent, please contact us. We will review the request and, where appropriate, restrict or delete the relevant data.

6. Processing Using Artificial Intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence services to create certain personalized fairy tales, illustrations, or other content.

For this purpose, only the information necessary to create the relevant content may be shared with our AI service providers, for example:

a photograph,
the child's name or character description,
certain information provided for the story,
creative instructions.

We aim to provide AI service providers with as little personal data as reasonably possible.

However, third-party AI service providers may temporarily retain certain data for security, abuse-prevention, or service-delivery purposes in accordance with their own terms.

7. Who We May Share Data With

We may share a limited amount of personal data with service providers that are necessary for the operation of Vosketelik, including:

AI and image-generation service providers,
payment service providers,
printing and delivery service providers,
email and customer communication services,
technical monitoring and error-detection services.

We provide only the information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant service to be performed.

We may also disclose information to public authorities or other parties where required by law, a court order, or where necessary to protect our lawful rights or the lawful rights of others.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Some of Vosketelik's technical service providers may be located outside the Republic of Armenia.

As a result, certain personal data may be processed or stored in other countries.

Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, we aim to use appropriate legal and contractual mechanisms.

photographs and materials provided for personalization are retained for as long as necessary to create and support the order or facilitate a possible repeat order, unless longer retention is required for legal reasons,
technical and security information may be retained for a limited period.

You may request the deletion of certain personal data relating to you or a child whose data you provided. We will process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, subject to any information that we are legally required to retain.
